Very nice stay with soaring ceilings and a spacious, clean room. The location is ideal-just a short stroll to the Colosseum and surrounded by good eateries and bakeries. The service was really good. Marco was a fantastic host, providing valuable tips. I can't wait for my next visit!

It is in easy and perfect location to Ancient Roman ruins, set within walking distance of the hotel.

great stay with minor issues

The room had high ceilings, and the cleanliness was excellent. The air conditioning kept us cool even during warm days. I enjoyed the city view from our window.

The kitchen supplies were lacking, made meal prep a bit challenging.

The place was close to everything! I could walk to the metro in just 10 minutes, and the room was HUGE with great water pressure in the bathroom! I was like a king there!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it's still reasonable.

Plus, the nearby restaurants and cafes were great for family meals. We really appreciated Marco's help with our luggage and local tips!

The location was perfect, only a short walk to the main station and metro. The superior double room was sparkling clean, and i appreciated the security as my belongings were safe while i explored. Plus, the rates offered great quality for the price!

The spacious room offered plenty of space for my family, and it was spotlessly clean. Location played a huge role in our experience. Just a short walk from the Colosseum and close to the metro, it made exploring the city super easy. Marco, our host, was very helpful with local tips and handling our luggage. We had an empty soap container that was bothersome.

Excellent Service in a Perfect Location

The location was fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum. Patrizia and Ariana were really good, they kept everything sparkling clean and provided great recommendations. The kitchenette was a bonus for preparing light meals. The only downside was the limited dining options nearby.

The Double Room provided a comfy bed, perfect for sinking in after a long day. Location made it easy to explore the city on foot, with major sights just a stroll away.

Shower space is tight. I kept hitting the doors with my elbows. The noise from the entrance could wake you up if you're facing that way, and the water temperature fluctuated unexpectedly during showers. A couple of nights, there were some minor cleanliness issues, with hairs in the shower cabin and a strange smell coming from the closet.

The Beautiful Double Room was super spacious and comfy. The bathroom was huge with excellent water pressure, and I appreciated how quiet it was-didn't hear any noise from the other rooms. Staff was responsive and kept everything clean. A couple of minor things, I wish there were some wine glasses available and the soap container was empty when I arrived. But overall, a nice stay!

We visited the Colosseum and explored the Vatican. The location was super convenient, just 10 minutes to the Colosseum and close to the metro. The room was spacious and the host was cute. Highly recommend for group travels!

Unfortunately, the place wasn't as clean as expected. There were some hairs in the shower and a bad smell coming from the closet.
